Our company founder, Dr. Friedrich E. Hörtkorn, is one of the visionaries of the Sixties.  Making a quick profit was not his goal when he founded our privately owned insurance brokerage firm, customer satisfaction was! 

Today, customer satisfaction remains our top priority.  We provide our clients with professional expertise and offer tailor-made insurance solutions, that is our tradition.

Our success speaks for itself.  Since 1966, our company has been consistently growing, from a one man operation, to a corporate group with approximately 180 employees and seven offices Germany wide.  In addition to the Hörtkorn group's physical expansions, our expertise has also diversified to include several new lines of business.  We have supplemented our core business by adding employee benefits, financial services, credit insurance, factoring and risk management. 

In 1994, Christian Hörtkorn was named active and equal partner and since that time he and his father have been successfully managing the company together.  Dr. Hörtkorn recognized this as the best way to ensure that the company's values remain consistent, since Christian Hörtkorn is as committed to the company and to our customers as he is.
